Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Go2Media House! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Ownership of Products

1.1. All products—whether physical, digital, or intellectual—remain the property of Go2Media House until full payment is received.
1.2. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights for physical and digital products will transfer to the client. However, Go2Media House retains the rights to use completed works for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


2. Design Revisions and Additional Charges

2.1. Design revisions, regardless of size or scope, will incur additional charges.
2.2. To minimize costs and improve efficiency, clients are encouraged to submit all desired changes in one consolidated request.
2.3. Any additional changes requested after approval of the final design will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.


3. Proofing and Approval

3.1. Go2Media House is not responsible for any spelling errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies after the design has been approved.
3.2. Clients are required to review designs thoroughly to ensure all details, including spelling, dates, and contact information, are accurate before providing final approval.


4. Payments, Refunds, and Additional Fees

4.1. Payments must be made in full before the final product is delivered, unless a prior agreement is in place.
4.2. Deposits paid for design or printing services are non-refundable.
4.3. Refunds:

  • A 25% cancellation fee will apply to confirmed orders that are not yet printed.
  • A 100% cancellation fee will apply once printing has commenced.
  • An administration fee of R150.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged for all customer refunds, over and above the cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Errors

5.1. Go2Media House reserves the right to change prices on products displayed at its discretion at any time, including cases of incorrect pricing or inadvertent errors.
5.2. Errors may occur on the website. Should such errors be made unintentionally (and not due to gross negligence), we will not be held liable and reserve the right to rectify these errors.


6. Turnaround Times

6.1. Turnaround times will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of each project.
6.2. Go2Media House is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, delays in client feedback or supply chain issues.


7. Copyright and Usage

7.1. Designs and materials created by Go2Media House are protected under copyright laws.
7.2. Clients may not alter, resell, or distribute designs without prior written consent from Go2Media House.
7.3. Any unauthorized use of our work may result in legal action.


8. Liability

8.1. Go2Media House is not liable for damages, loss of profits, or other costs resulting from the use of our products or services.
8.2. It is the client’s responsibility to back up all digital files provided by Go2Media House.


9. Confidentiality

9.1. Any information shared between the client and Go2Media House will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.


10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

10.1. Go2Media House reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
